Creator Program Terms of Service
Effective date: 18th June 2026
These Fun Run Creator Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern your participation in the Fun Run Creator Program (the "Program"), operated by Dirtybit AS ("Dirtybit", "we", "us"). The Program Terms are a supplemental policy to, and incorporate by reference, the Dirtybit Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Program Terms and the Terms of Service specifically regarding the Program, these Program Terms control for the Program; in all other respects the Terms of Service apply.
We may update these Program Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.
1. Eligibility
To apply for or participate in the Program you must:
be at least 18 years old;
have a public social media account, with public Fun Run content, on at least one supported platform (currently TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube; the platforms we support may change at our sole discretion);
hold a Fun Run game account in good standing, with no active bans, cheating, or violations;
agree to these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Program guidelines.
We may verify eligibility, vet applicants, and accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, and we may pause or close applications at any time. If we learn that a participant is under 18 or has provided false information, we may remove them and revoke any rewards and authorizations.
2. Participation
Participation in the Program is at our discretion and is not guaranteed. We may change how the Program operates, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or any part of it, at any time. Any status or benefits you receive through the Program are not guaranteed and may change or end.
3. Your content and how we may use it
"Creator Content" means content you create and publish about Fun Run on your own social media channels, and any content you submit, tag, or otherwise make available to us through the Program.
You keep ownership of your Creator Content. By participating in the Program and by submitting, tagging, or authorizing Creator Content, you grant Dirtybit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, excerpt, publish, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise promote your Creator Content across our marketing and advertising channels, including running it as paid advertising (for example, TikTok Spark Ads) and equivalent formats on other platforms, and to sublicense these rights to the advertising platforms and service providers needed to do so.
This use is entirely at our discretion. We are under no obligation to use, feature, or boost any content, and nothing here guarantees use, exposure, or payment.
You can withdraw a specific piece of Creator Content from advertising use at any time by submitting a request through Dirtybit Support.
On individual platforms you may also need to grant or confirm authorization through that platform's own tools (for example, authorizing a video for Spark Ads on TikTok). That platform authorization is separate from, and in addition to, the license in this section.
You confirm that you own or control your Creator Content and have all rights needed to grant this license, including rights to any music, footage, trademarks, or other third-party material in it, and that your content does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
4. Your responsibilities and content guidelines
You agree that your Creator Content and your conduct in the Program will:
accurately represent Fun Run and not be misleading;
be brand-safe and lawful, with no hateful, harassing, discriminatory, sexual, violent, or illegal content, and nothing that creates a serious reputational risk;
not use Program assets to promote competing products;
comply with the rules of each platform you post on and with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer-protection laws;
keep an authentic, player-driven tone consistent with the Program guidelines.
You are solely responsible for your Creator Content and your accounts.
5. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your relationship with Dirtybit, and that your content may be used in advertising, as required by applicable law and platform rules. On TikTok this includes tagging Fun Run as a Brand Partner in the content-disclosure settings and using the required commercial-content disclosure; on other platforms, use the equivalent paid-partnership or disclosure tools. Where relevant, also use #funrun4.
6. Rewards
We may offer rewards such as in-game cosmetics, virtual currency or items, account features, in-game or social visibility, early information, community access, and occasional physical merchandise. All rewards are provided at our discretion and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time.
Any in-game virtual items or virtual currency granted through the Program are licensed, not sold, and are subject to the Virtual Items terms in the Terms of Service, including that you have no ownership in them and that we may modify or remove them. Rewards tied to your status or to active participation may be revoked, to the extent technically feasible, if you leave or are removed from the Program.
Physical merchandise, if offered, is subject to availability and requires you to provide accurate delivery details. You are responsible for any taxes or import charges that may apply.
7. No payment from Dirtybit
Dirtybit does not pay you for participating in the Program or for your Creator Content, and there is no revenue sharing. If a third-party platform compensates you for content used as advertising (for example, TikTok through its Content Suite or Spark Ads), that payment is provided by and governed solely by that platform and is a matter between you and that platform. Dirtybit is not a party to it, does not control it, and is not responsible for it.
8. Independent relationship
Your participation does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Dirtybit. You participate as an independent individual and are responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations.
9. Personal data
To run the Program we collect and process personal data, which may include your name or handle, email address, in-game ID, country or region, social media handles and links, your application responses, and, if you receive physical merchandise, a delivery address. We use this data to operate the Program, verify eligibility, communicate with you, deliver rewards, and enable advertising authorization. To run your content as advertising, we may share the necessary data with the relevant advertising platforms (for example, TikTok) and our service providers. We process personal data in accordance with the Dirtybit Privacy Policy. To exercise your data rights, or to request deletion of your Program data, contact privacy@dirtybit.no (the in-app account deletion does not cover data collected through the Program).
10. Suspension, removal, and leaving the Program
We may issue a warning, suspend, or remove you from the Program at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, the Program guidelines, or applicable law, or for brand-safety or operational reasons. You may leave the Program at any time by submitting a request through Dirtybit Support (https://support.dirtybit.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). On removal or exit, your Program benefits, status, access, and any advertising authorizations may be revoked, and we may stop using your Creator Content as new advertising and take reasonable steps to stop active ads.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the Program is limited as set out in the Terms of Service, and you agree to the indemnification provisions of the Terms of Service. Nothing in these Program Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and dispute resolution are as set out in the Terms of Service (the laws of Norway, with the Bergen City Court having exclusive jurisdiction).
13. Contact
