Player Support Representative

Exciting part-time opportunity in one of Norway’s most successful game studios

 

Are you our new Player Support Representative?

We are looking for a Player Support Representative to join our team in a 20 % position (7,5 hours per week with hours distributed throughout the week).

In this role you will be an important connection between our players and our game development teams, and you will help ensure our players have great game experiences.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Responding to tickets from players (we use Zendesk, written support only)

  • Troubleshooting technical issues by asking players the right questions and gathering the necessary data

  • Being the voice of our players, bringing valuable feedback to our game teams

  • Writing Frequently Asked Questions articles for our website

  • Monitoring and responding to player reviews in the app stores

  • Keeping yourself updated on our games and our upcoming updates

We believe you will be great for this role if you 

  • Are a positive and solution-oriented person

  • Have good technical understanding and interest

  • Have good communication skills in business English

  • Work well in a casual and creative work environment

  • Work well in a team as well as independently

  • Have a passion for games

Extra credits if you have

  • Relevant technical education

  • Previous experience with technical customer service

  • Community management or moderating experience
