Open position: Support Representative (part time)

We are looking for a Support Representative to join our team in a part time position (30-50%) for a period of 6-8 months.

Some of your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Offer assistance and guidance to our players through our help center and deal with account related issues, bug reports, and other technical issues.
  • Bring feedback from the players to the team
  • Maintain the FAQ on our websites

Your skills and personal attributes:

  • Passion for video games
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • General computer knowledge
  • Previous customer service/help desk experience is a plus
  • Team player
  • Self driven - being able to work on own initiative
  • Customer service skills
  • Patient and friendly attitude
