Dirtybit was one of the first companies to have success with a real-time multiplayer mobile game. Being founded in 2011, the company early established itself as one of Norway's most promising mobile start-ups. Dirtybit consists of 15 young and innovative minds - where everybody matters and contribute to the success of the company. Games in the current portfolio are Fun Run, Fun Run 2 and Fun Run Arena - which in total have more than 90 million downloads worldwide.

We are looking for a Lead Game Analyst for a full time position

You will: 

  • Analyze key performance indicators 

  • Find and translate raw data into reports and concise presentations

  • Communicate findings to team members

  • Participate in providing strategic direction for our games

  • Work both in teams and by yourself to aggregate and analyze data from various sources

  • Help develop monetization mechanics to improve the game economy

  • Contribute to our ability to improve the player experience based on data-driven decisions

  • Keep up to date with trends in the mobile games market/market intelligence

Your skills and personal attributes:

  • Strong interest and capabilities in analytics, statistics, probability and methods for quantitative analysis

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Applied Math, Management Information Systems or a related discipline

  • Comfortable working with SQL or other languages to enable you to find the data efficiently

  • Passionate about mobile games, with an ability to combine your gaming experience with your skills as an analyst to enable us to create the best user experience for our players

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, R or similar

  • Experience with free to play economies is a plus
